Ingredients
  

  • 2 egg
  • ¼ avocado
  • 20 g cheese, feta
  • 2 slice bread, multigrain toasted

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs for 10 minutes until hard boiled.
  • Immediately drain the eggs under cold water, peel off the shell and roughly chop in a small bowl.
  • Add the avocado and feta to the bowl and mash together with a fork.
  • Generously spread the mixture over a slice of toasted grainy bread.
  • Serve and enjoy!
