  • 200 g yoghurt, greek, low fat Single serve tub (170-200g)
  • 20 g almonds, slivered (1 tbsp)
  • ½ punnet blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Simply open the tub of yoghurt and top it with the blueberries and almonds!
