Ingredients
  

  • 2 rice cakes (Sunrice Rice and Quinoa rice cakes)
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ tomato, common diced
  • onion, red diced
  • 1 tsp vinegar, balsamic

Instructions
 

  • Spread rice cakes with avocado then top with tomato and onion. To finish, drizzle the crackers with the balsamic vinegar.
