Our mission is for you to learn how to eat well for the rest of your life. That’s why we combine behaviour change principles with ‘flip-learning’ education and practical, individual nutrition advice to help you succeed!

There are two key problems that people face when they try and change their eating habits:

Firstly, they’re so confused by all the nutrition information out there, that they don’t know where to start. Should you go low carb? Do you need to cut our bread? Should you quit sugar or stop eating meat? Would taking a protein supplement help? With all the information, we find people become stuck! This ‘analysis paralysis’ stops them from taking any consistent action.

Secondly, people are super motivated when they first start making changes that they try to change every thing about their diet all at once! They wake up Monday morning and all of a sudden they’re drinking more water, cutting out alcohol, eating a salad at lunch, chopping up carrots for afternoon tea, eating more protein, doing yoga… phew! After a while, it’s all too hard and they give up!

Our program solves both of these problems:

Firstly, it provides evidence-based, simple education in small, digestible (pardon the pun) portions so that you can feel confident in your food choices moving forward and not constantly second guess yourself. All members, on completion of our program, talk about how they eat a wider variety of foods and feel less restricted on our program than any other program they’ve tried before.

Secondly, it breaks behaviour change down into achievable chunks – all you have to do is focus on ONE HABIT AT A TIME. Give that habit the attention it deserves without overwhelming yourself. Life is busy enough without trying to change every aspect of your diet all at once. We want to make healthy food choices is realistic, and sustainable so you’re still doing it 10 years from now, not just 8 weeks from now!
