infused water jugs

Want to make your water taste AMAZING? Here’s how:

Staying well hydrated is a really important part of eating well and achieving optimum well-being.

Dehydration can set in rather easily, even before you’ve ever felt overly thirsty. Most adults need approximately 2L water each day to stay at optimum hydration. Some people may need less and others more. You tend to need more if you’re more active and/or the weather is hot.

A great personal test to measure your hydration levels is to check the colour of your urine. it should be quite pale, almost clear. If it’s dark in colour, you need to drink more water.

If you regularly experience symptoms such as headaches, lethargy or an inability to concentrate then you might be dehydrated. You certainly can’t go astray by getting in a little more H2O. Swapping soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices for water is one of the best things you can do for your health. If you find it hard to drink plain water then this is the recipe for you. Make up a drink bottle for work the next day or a large jug the next time you entertain.

A jug of beautiful, infused water, not only tastes super refreshing and very drinkable but it looks beautiful too.
