Module Description

Our meal planning tool, Plan My Meals, is unlike anything you’ve used before.

What can you do?

  • build meal plans from scratch,
  • store pre-built plans (that you get each week as you progress through the program),
  • customise any meal plan in your collection
  • save your favourite recipes

What else does it do?

  • generate you a shopping list for each plan,
  • give you an easy place to find the recipes, and
  • keep you organised while you practice your weekly habits.

The Meal Planning module helps you learn to use the tool, understand the key fundamentals of meal plan, offer bulk meal prep and heaps of tips on how to stay consistent. Our goal is to teach you to stay organised in a way that suits you best!
