Tuna, Rice and Coleslaw
Filling and delicious (you choose the flavour) microwave meal.

Ingredients
- 1 serve rice, brown, instant
- 1 serve crunchy noodle coleslaw kit
- 1 tin tuna, canned choose any flavour you like
Instructions
- Place the rice in the microwave and heat as per packet instructions; most likely this will be ~40 seconds.
- Once done, take the rice out of the microwave and mix it with the tuna in a microwave safe dish. Stir the tuna through the rice and zap again for about 30 seconds.
- Mix the coleslaw as per the packet instructions.
- Serve the tuna and rice alongside the coleslaw. Yum!
