Tuna, Rice and Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 serve rice, brown, instant
  • 1 serve crunchy noodle coleslaw kit
  • 1 tin tuna, canned choose any flavour you like

Instructions

  • Place the rice in the microwave and heat as per packet instructions; most likely this will be ~40 seconds.
  • Once done, take the rice out of the microwave and mix it with the tuna in a microwave safe dish. Stir the tuna through the rice and zap again for about 30 seconds.
  • Mix the coleslaw as per the packet instructions.
  • Serve the tuna and rice alongside the coleslaw. Yum!
