Ricotta Crumpets

Ingredients
- 110 g cheese, ricotta, low fat
- 2 crumpets, wholemeal toasted
- 1 banana sliced
- 10 g almonds, flaked
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Spread the ricotta evenly across the two crumpets.
- Top each crumpet with sliced banana, a spinkle of almonds and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately and enjoy!
