Ingredients
  

  • 8 cruskits
  • 4 tbsp cheese, cream
  • 200 g salmon, smoked
  • 4 cup lettuce, rocket, baby
  • 2 tomato, common sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Spread the cream cheese evenly over the 8 cruskits. Layer each cruskit with the smoked salmon slices, then add the rocket and tomato on top.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
