Sweet, quick and berry-licious breakfast or snack idea.
Servings 1 person
- 1 slice bread, multigrain
- 2 tbsp yoghurt, vanilla or plain as the honey makes it sweet
- 4 strawberries, fresh medium size
- 1 tsp almonds, flaked
- ½ tsp honey optional
- ¼ tsp cinnamon optional
Toast bread. Leave to cool for a few minutes.
Whilst toast is cooling down, slice up strawberries.
Spread vanilla yoghurt on toast. Add cinnamon powder if desired.
Arrange strawberries on top of the yoghurt.
Sprinkle flaked almonds over the strawberries.
Drizzle honey if desired. Enjoy.
