200gpotato, medium
½headbroccoli
60gbeans, green
120gchicken, breast, cooked
Instructions
Root veggies do just fine in the microwave! Poke holes in the skin of the potatoes (or they might explode) and wrap loosely in a paper towel. Microwave for about 4-6 minutes depending on size. Give them a squeeze and if they feel soft, they’re done!
Cut florets off of the broccoli and top and tail the beans. Steam these however you like. We suggest a microwave safe dish with a little bit of water for 3-4 minutes. If the container doesn’t have a vent, leave a corner popped open.
Cut/shred the chicken and serve it with the potatoes and steamed greens.
