sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat a non-stick fry pan to medium/hot.
Place sesame seeds on a plate and press salmon flesh side down onto sesame seeds.
Place salmon skin side down and cook for 2-3 minutes
Flip salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
Serve with some
Asian greens in oyster sauce
or a side of your choice.
