Sesame Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g salmon, fillet, fresh
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a non-stick fry pan to medium/hot.
  • Place sesame seeds on a plate and press salmon flesh side down onto sesame seeds.
  • Place salmon skin side down and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Flip salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with some Asian greens in oyster sauce or a side of your choice.
