Ingredients

cheese, haloumi
thinly sliced
½
avocado
thinly sliced

mango
cubed
½
onion, red
thinly sliced

spinach, baby

tbsp
vinegar, white balsamic
Instructions
On medium heat, cook the haloumi for 2 minutes, or until golden, on each side.
Meanwhile, combine avocado, mango, red onion, baby spinach and white balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly together with cooked haloumi.
Serve and enjoy!
