Combine roasted pumpkin, cinnamon, ground ginger, cloves, nutmeg and stevia in a small bowl and mash with a fork or use a stick blender to blitz.
Place oats in a microwave safe bowl and add enough water to reach ~1cm above the oats.
Microwave oats and water for 2 ½ minutes on high, until oats have thickened/absorbed all the water. Cooking times will vary depending on microwave and oat consistency preference.
Stir spiced pumpkin puree through oats.
If thicker consistency is preferred, microwave for an additional minute.
