Ingredients

capsicum, red

onion, any

snow peas

mung bean sprouts
Dressing
3
tbsp
tahini
1
tsp
miso paste
Instructions
Place all vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
Put a jug on to boil while adding the tahini and miso paste to a small/medium bowl.
Once water has boiled, allow to cool slightly before slowly adding water to the miso-tahini bowl and mixing to a preferred consistency.
Either add the dressing to the salad bowl and mix through the salad or serve salad and then drizzle the dressing over the top.
