A key theme of our program is all about helping you marry good nutrition while you engage in your social life! You don’t have to avoid social situations to be healthy. You do, however, need to learn to manage them. Part of this is practicing making healthy choices when you’re at social situations and the other part is changing your mindset about ‘missing out’. Can you enjoy and engage in social situations and not eat everything in sight and still have a good time? We say yes! We’ll also teach you how to eat your favourite things, enjoy them and then move on with with day!
