Homemade Chips with Guacamole

Make your own tasty high fibre crackers and healthy fats dip and you can munch to your heart’s content. The great thing about all the fibre in this recipe is that you’ll fill up faster and naturally eat less.

Flavour it with garlic, lemon and fresh herbs and you have a delicious dip for snacking and entertaining. Homemade "Chips" with Guacamole

Ingredients
  

  • 4 wrap, wholegrain goodness superfoods do a great one
  • ½ tbsp oil, olive extra virgin
  • pinch salt, rock
  • cumin, spice
  • ½ tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 avocado large, peeled and deseeded
  • 2 tbsp coriander, fresh finely chopped
  • ¼ clove garlic
  • ½ tbsp lemon juiced

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Line two baking trays with baking paper and set aside.
  • Brush each wrap with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, cumin and sesame seeds. Cut into eights and place on the baking trays. Bake for 10-15 minutes until sesame seeds are slightly golden and the wrap is crispy.
  • While the chips are baking, place the avocado, coriander, garlic and lemon juice in a small food processor and process until smooth.
  • Serve the guacamole with the chips. Dip and enjoy!
