Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado diced
  • 2 tomato, common diced
  • ½ cup corn, kernels, canned drained and rinsed or chopped off the cob
  • ½ onion, red finely chopped
  • ¼ bunch coriander, fresh finely chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss together.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately with steak, chicken or fish or with your favourite Mexican dish.
