Mexican Avocado Salsa
Recipe Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 avocado diced
- 2 tomato, common diced
- ½ cup corn, kernels, canned drained and rinsed or chopped off the cob
- ½ onion, red finely chopped
- ¼ bunch coriander, fresh finely chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately with steak, chicken or fish or with your favourite Mexican dish.
