Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup yoghurt, vanilla, high protein e.g. Chobani vanilla
  • 1/4 cup breakfast cereal, high fibre gluten free optional, e.g. Freedom Foods Active Balance range
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh diced
  • 15 g almond, butter natural

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, layer the yoghurt, cereal, strawberries and dolloped almond butter. Enjoy!
