Tuna and Mayo Rice Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 95 g tuna, canned, in spring water drained
  • 3 thick rice cakes
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.5 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1 small roma tomato, diced
  • 3 g chives, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine tuna, cucumber, carrot, tomato, chives and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix. Add pepper to season as desired.
  • Spread over rice cakes and enjoy.
