Tuna and Mayo Rice Cakes

Ingredients
- 95 g tuna, canned, in spring water drained
- 3 thick rice cakes
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.5 medium cucumber, diced
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 small roma tomato, diced
- 3 g chives, chopped
Instructions
- Combine tuna, cucumber, carrot, tomato, chives and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix. Add pepper to season as desired.
- Spread over rice cakes and enjoy.
