  • 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin leftover from Maple Glazed Pumpkin recipe, roughly diced
  • 190 g beans, 4 bean mix, canned drained weight, rinsed
  • 1 cup lettuce, leaves, mixed
  • 125 g tomato, cherry halved
  • 1/3 avocado roughly diced
